There are instructions for setting up blog-editing clients at the Blojsom site. These clients include MarsEdit (MacOS X), Ecto (MacOS X and Windows), and w.bloggar (Windows). By coincidence Tim Bray's Ongoing weblog has an entry today about his experience with these programs - take a look. You can always edit Blojsom blog entries through the web interface (add ?flavor=admin after your blog url), but clients like MarsEdit are much slicker, and I suspect promote flow better.
