When a new Topic is created, the owner can:

keep it private for his/her personal use
make it open for anyone to join through a "public" catalog
share it by invitation only
Invitations are sent by e-mail from coachingplatform^TM containing a link to the Topic and its description

If the recipient is a coachingplatform^TM user, after logging in he/she has the Topic in the Topic List

If the recipient does not have the coachingplatform^TM service, he/she is prompted to register
